Model Cities Senior Wellness Center

While working at DP Partners, I was actively involved in all phases of the project—from concept design through construction administration—on two 1,500-square-foot
additions to existing Senior Wellness Centers. The project focused on expanding program spaces, increasing storage, and incorporating auxiliary areas while ensuring
uninterrupted facility operations during construction. My responsibilities included concept development, design refinement, attending client and consultant meetings,
producing construction documents, and co-managing construction administration and the closeout process. My comprehensive involvement ensured the project's success
from inception to completion.
