AI x Architecture

Architects often struggle with work–life balance, especially in business, where time is money. I’m using AI tools to make workflows smoother, easier, and faster. Through my certificate in applying generative AI to real-world business and design contexts, I’ve learned how to strategically integrate AI into practice—not to replace creativity, but to streamline redundant tasks and bring more order into our tasks. For me, AI is less about design substitution and more about unlocking time and mental space for meaningful, creative design.

Certificate in Generative Ai in Business

Earned the University of Michigan’s ‘Generative AI in Business’ certification, learning how to plan, launch, and scale AI solutions in real-world business contexts.

Text/Image to 3D Model
Meshy Ai + ChatGPT

With Meshy AI and ChatGPT, I can transform simple text prompts into optimized 3D models. This workflow allows me to bypass traditional early-stage modeling, rapidly generate form studies, and experiment with variations in minutes.

It’s an efficient way to bridge ideas and geometry, helping me test concepts quickly before committing to detailed design

Sketch to Render
Architect Ai

I’ve been exploring Architect AI to turn simple sketches into detailed architectural renders. This platform uses generative AI to quickly visualize design ideas, experiment with styles, and create early concepts without needing full 3D modeling.
It’s a great way to brainstorm visually, test aesthetics, and speed up the early design process.

Animation
AnimateDiff + Midjourney

Actively using Midjourney with AnimateDiff workflows in my current projects to develop conceptual architectural animations. I create prompt-based visual narratives that explore motion, atmosphere, and material behavior, while staying true to architectural clarity and design intent.

Generative Ai
ChatGPT + Photoshop

I’ve started using Photoshop’s Generative AI tools to improve and edit architectural visuals, whether I’m extending backgrounds, adding context, or reimagining material textures.

These features help me refine renders and explore visual stories without starting from scratch. It's a strong way to experiment and add more depth to architectural storytelling.

Prompt-Based Design Concepts
ChatGPT + Midjourney

Using Midjourney, I create design concepts from text prompts to explore forms, materials, and moods. This often helps to explore unconventional ideas that move away from traditional methods.

These AI visuals help ignite creativity early in the process. They serve as inspiration or mood boards before moving into modeling and development.

Real-Time Rendering
D5+ Ai

As I continue building my skills in architectural visualization, I’ve started using D5 Render to experiment with real-time rendering.

It’s an intuitive tool that helps bring my designs to life quickly and realistically. By updating lighting, materials, and views instantly as changes are made, real-time rendering allows me to visualize decisions on the spot, speeding up the design process.
