As the team leader, I led the development of an app addressing a key issue: students often struggle to access valuable university resources because they are scattered across departmental webpages, resulting in low awareness and underutilization.

To solve this, we introduced UniResource Navigator, an easy-to-implement AI-based mobile solution that empowers students to quickly and effortlessly find campus resources directly from their phones. The goal is to democratize access and support universities of all sizes in delivering seamless student support.

The model is trained on categories of campus resources, including:

Transit for students with walking disabilities
Long-term laptop borrowing
Free food, kitchen & cooking supplies, and personal essentials
Art & sculptures on campus
Computer & video game archive
NCTC equipment checkout
Free calculator & iClicker rentals, Greenbooks, and test-prep books
