Edge on McClellan - Collective Living

This project explored affordable housing solutions tailored to Detroit’s local regulations, climate, and market demands. The design focused on efficiency, adaptability, and cost-effectiveness within a tight project timeline.
I focused on building systems integration and drawing production. My work included researching structural and mechanical systems, analyzing costs, and drafting detailed architectural plans. I also contributed to system feasibility studies, ensuring compliance with Detroit’s codes while supporting sustainable and scalable design choices.
